DS Heavenly Haven is a private company serving persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our sole purpose is to help our residents become more independent in the community by offering:

  • Adult Foster Care Homes with Person Centered Care

  • Friendly, Certified and Trained Direct Care Staff

  • Relaxing and Self-Fulfilling Day Programs

It all started when…

DS Heavenly Haven started in 2006 with the first residents moving in under the same roof as the Founder of DS Heavenly Haven, Sherri Semans. In a few years DS Heavenly Haven opened up it’s first group home and we have since grown to four group homes. Our homes are located throughout Owosso, MI and house between one and eight residents in each home. We serve approximately 25 residents and have a staff of about 15 individuals working several different shifts in the homes.
